Our Mission

There are approximately 1800 degree-granting institutions of intense musical courses in the United States of America alone. Despite extremely low acceptance rates of instrumental performing arts majors, thousands of well trained, passionate, diligent, creative and concert-ready young musicians graduate with Bachelor or higher degrees every year. The “survivors” of intense competitions at schools will compete again for their career and living. 

 

Classical music industry is very competitive as the sports industry, only a handful among millions are being selected to sign professional concert contracts with major artist management agencies and record companies. However, it does not mean that those who were not yet selected by major agencies are disqualified performers. And we believe that well-prepared graduates from music institutes are valuable resources which will help enrich our community with high-quality performances, and eventually restore popularity of classical music. Our goal is to reach out to the community with charming classical music events with carefully chosen ear-pleasing repertoire performed by artists who have not yet been spotlighted by the classical music industry.

 

Sadly, these young musicians with potential will have lesser opportunities to present themselves to the world every year they age. If the competition is inevitable, we will provide more opportunities to talented musicians. Our experienced and recognized jury members will carefully select well-prepared musicians that will not only provide one-time prizes, but also an invitation to future musical events.
